Please note that all of our products are made to order, which means we are unable to offer returns or refunds unless an item is faulty or damaged upon arrival. We take great care in crafting each piece and ensuring quality, but if there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 7 days of receiving it and we'll be happy to help resolve the problem.
